Marketers don’t really think of themselves as artists.
We are.
An artist is anyone that creates something. It doesn’t have to be beautiful or 'noble’.
It’s not a competition against others.
The big battle is against yourself.
Are you willing to put yourself out there? Start a blog, write a book, record a podcast, design a landing page.
Sell something to someone you don’t know.
The great challenge for artists is doing.
The great myth for marketers is waiting until something is perfect.
Perfect is an illusion.
Instead, press ‘Publish’. You can doubt yourself later.
This is marketing.
